ESTABLISHED IN 2021 · CHANDLER, ARIZONA
Quality over quantity. Every project deserves attention.
AZ Lighting & Electric is a Chandler-based electrical contractor serving residential, commercial and light industrial customers. Founded in 2021, the company is led by Vince Parra, whose electrical industry experience began in 2001.
Experience across homes, businesses and facilities
Our work ranges from electrical repairs and home improvements to commercial tenant improvements, ground-up construction and service-oriented industrial projects. Electrical troubleshooting is one of Vince’s strongest areas of experience. The business brings that practical perspective to conversations about the problem, the planned outcome and the work required.
A clear scope comes first
Homeowners need a useful explanation of the next step. Business owners, contractors and property managers need electrical work defined within a larger project. We start by understanding the request, discussing the relevant assessment or estimate, and identifying what information is needed. Commercial customers can request written proposals based on the project scope.
Local base. Projects across Arizona.
We serve Chandler, Maricopa, San Tan Valley, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Scottsdale, Phoenix and Queen Creek. Projects elsewhere in Arizona are considered according to scope and availability. Our Arizona contractor license is ROC #333375, CR-11 Electrical. Company history and Vince’s personal experience are separate: AZ Lighting & Electric was established in 2021; his industry work began in 2001.
