Electrical work for the way your business will use the space.

A commercial tenant improvement brings a new set of requirements to an existing space. AZ Lighting & Electric works with business owners, general contractors and property managers to define and deliver the electrical portion of commercial fit-outs and remodels.

Build the proposal around the actual scope

Start with the property type, intended use and current project phase. Lighting, wiring, panels and power distribution can each be part of the electrical conversation. Share the available scope information and identify what is already decided versus still being developed. Written commercial proposals are available once the requested work is understood.

A direct conversation with your project team

Identify who is managing the project, who makes scope decisions and when a bid or proposal is needed. Access constraints, other trades and planned construction stages help shape the discussion. The electrical scope should be clear within the larger improvement; it should not imply responsibility for general contracting or every building system.

Relevant to a range of business spaces

Discuss electrical improvements for offices, restaurants, coffee shops, salons and spas, gyms, warehouses and other commercial properties. Each property has its own project requirements. We use that context to discuss the requested work rather than apply a standard package based solely on the business type.

Send a useful project brief

Include your company, role, project city, phase, requested electrical scope and decision date. Let us know what plans or equipment information are available; document exchange can be arranged through follow-up. Call (480) 560-8724 or request an estimate to begin. An inquiry starts a conversation and does not commit a start date or finalize a price.
